Off-Campus Housing
To help our students find off-campus housing, we also publish rental listings from landlords in the community. Some other ways to find apartments or rooms for rent are through Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji listings.
Please be advised that Northern College does not endorse or confirm the accuracy of the content posted by a landlord or property manager on this listing website. Landlords and property managers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their posted content. However, if a concern is raised regarding a post, we will review the matter. This may result in a landlord or a post being removed from the website.
We recommend that, prior to entering into a rental agreement, prospective tenants should:
- Inspect the rental unit and property in person, or send someone you know to inspect the unit;
- Research the neighborhood and public transportation;
- Ask current tenants about the property, the rental unit, and the landlord.
