Admission Requirements
The following requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to Constructor University:
- International students are considered on a case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to.
- Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
- Financial support statement (original bank statement and sponsor letter).
- Passport identification page with machine-readable code visible
- Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the beginning of the course.
- You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English-speaking country.

Constructor University Career Services Center (CSC) accompanies students through all stages of their career development in order to enable them to become responsible leaders of tomorrow. We strive to educate you throughout your career development by providing professional orientation, preparation, and support targeted for undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni.
Our services include individual counseling, support in applications (CV & cover letter checks) and mock interviews. Our internship program and professional skills seminars and workshops further broaden key qualifications and enhance employability.

Accomodation
Housing at Constructor
One of the most important parts of studying abroad is a place to stay, study, and meet with friends. At Constructor University we offer accommodation on campus in one of our four residential colleges. All colleges have shared dining, studying, and recreation areas, while on all floors there is a separate kitchen to prepare a meal and store food.
Overall, the university offers accommodation for up to 1,250 students in 600 apartments. These apartments can bring together different room types:
- A (single appartment - 6,500€*)
- B (single room, shared bathroom - 5,500€*)
- C (double room, shared bathroom - 4,000€*)
* Prices are for 9 months for the academic year Fall 2024/Spring 2025 and can change in the future. Accommodation on campus also requires a mealplan at an additional 4,000€ per academic year.

Academic and Admin Support
- Student Service Center: First-level support and general information, document pick-up service as well as support with special needs applications. The Student Service Center is located RLH 102 and 103 and has drop-in hours Mon to Fri between 10am and 2pm.
- Registrar Services: Support and advice in your daily life as a student at Constructor University as well as in Germany including but not limited to course registration, medical excuses, transcripts of records, confirmation letters and semester tickets.
- Academic Advising Services: Support with curricular questions, academic challenges, study plan review, major changes, supplementary exams, extensions of studies, credit transfers, advisor allocation/change etc.
- Academic Advisors: An academic advisor is an instructor assigned to you at the start of your studies (or upon changing your major) to support you throughout your academic journey. They offer guidance on course selection and career planning. You can find your advisor on your CampusNet profile; if not visible, please contact Academic Advising Services.
Extracurricular Support
- Financial Services: Offer support regarding university fees as well as supporting students with limited financial resources, Constructor University offers scholarships and tuition deferrals (similar to student loans).
- Campus Jobs: Current jobs are posted on your Campus Net account under "Student Jobs". We offer rules and information about working on a German campus.
- Resident Mentors: Offer student social welfare support for students living on-campus
- Off-Campus Support: Offers student social welfare support for students living off-campus
- Community Engagement: Offers support with student clubs, student events, venues, sport facilities, BBq areas etc.
- Counseling and Intercultural Services: The goal of the counseling center is to provide psychological counseling and actively assist students in resolving existing problems, preventing potential problems, and developing new skills that will enrich their lives and help them cope with challenges.
- Student Health Program: Offers support with mental health, preventive health, peer mentoring program etc.
- Facility Services: The USG represents Bachelor Students, Foundation Year Students, PBS Students and Exchange Students in relevant university committees concerning student interests

- IRC/library: Constructor University’s library is part of the information resource center (IRC), housed in the spacious campus center building. Quiet, group, and individual study areas, equipped with WLAN, power and network connections, offer space for learning in groups or individually.

Scholarships
Scholarship Information:
Early Action closes on February 1st, 2025!
Only students who apply through the Early Action round (until February 1st) are eligible for talent scholarships and external scholarships .
All programs are taught in English..
Funding Details:
Tuition remains at €20,000 per year.
- Students with grades of C+ and above, regardless of nationality, are eligible for higher scholarships of €3,000, €5,000 or €7,000. No separate application for scholarships is required; they will be awarded along with the admission decision.
- They get additional Tuition Deferral in the same amount as scholarship; This means their tuition fees would go down to €6,000, or €10,000, or €14,000.
To secure their place, students must pay a €1,000 enrollment deposit.
Scholarships at Constructor University
Constructor University is committed to supporting high-achieving students. These scholarships alleviate financial burdens, allowing students to focus on their studies and plan for a bright future.
Please note: The scholarships will only be available if you are eligible and have an active admission offer to Constructor University. If you do not receive a scholarship offer, you are still encouraged to join the program on regular terms, which may include an academic achievement scholarship and tuition deferral financing option.
Academic Achievement Scholarship
- Partial tuition coverage – up to €7,000 per academic year
- All students are considered for an academic achievement scholarship based on their school grade point average (GPA).
- No separate application is required.
- Students are informed about their scholarship amount immediately following admission.
Talent Scholarship
- Partial tuition coverage – €10,000 per academic year
- Open to all students submitting their applications to Constructor University by February 1, 2025.
- Students are considered based on both GPA and participation in extracurricular activities (e.g., competitions, conferences, summer camps, workshops, courses).
- No separate application is required.
- SAT results are required to be considered for the scholarship. Please submit them with your application.
- Selected students are informed about their nomination via email and will be invited to pass an interview with the Talent Recruitment Team of Constructor University.
- Final selection is determined by the Talent Recruitment Team and university faculty based on the application and interview.
