Overview

The University of East London has been pioneering futures since 1898: from the 2nd Industrial Revolution through to the 4th. We are a careers-led university, supporting our students to develop the skills, emotional intelligence, and creativity needed to thrive in a constantly changing world.

London is moving east, and with campuses in Stratford and the historic Royal Albert Dock, we are at the heart of this industrial and creative shift which makes up a powerful global gateway.

Stratford Campus

  • Our historic Stratford campus is located in one of the best-connected areas of London: close to Stratford's thriving town centre, as well as  the Queen Elizabth Olympic Park which hosted the 2012 London Olympic Games.
  • The Stratford campus is home to The School of Education and Communities, and Hospital and Primary Care Training Hub which houses Nursing, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Occupational Therapy.  Stratford's facilities include a new state-of-the-art library and learning centre, upgraded laboratories and computing services as well as a campus restaurant, bookshop and Students' Union cafe-bar.
  • Westfield Stratford City - Europe's largest indoor shopping mall - is just one of Stratford's attractions, alongside many other shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. There are two multiscreen cinemas, a theatre, an arts centre and much more.
