Overview

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) teaches students to become pioneers in the sea, skies and space. It offers undergraduate and graduate degrees focused on aviation, aerospace, business, engineering and security.

At ERAU, students are exposed to research opportunities with faculty and industry partners in the form of capstone projects, internships and other research endeavours. Such projects include bio-fuel development, green vehicles and aircraft, advanced propulsion systems, renewable energy, unmanned autonomous systems and more.

ERAU is committed to building the aeronautical industry and to promoting innovation as well as product development. Faculty and staff are fully aligned with this commitment and are well-equipped to teach students to become skilled professionals in their field.

Embry-Riddle enrolled nearly 33,000 students in the 2020-21 academic year, offering more than 100 degrees at the associate, bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. level, in the following areas: aviation; applied science; business; computers and technology; engineering; security, intelligence, and safety; and space.

Admission Requirements

The following requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

International students are considered on a case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to.
Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
Financial support statement (original bank statement and sponsor letter).
Passport identification page with machine-readable code visible
Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the beginning of the course.
You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English speaking country.

Living on Campus

Living on campus is an exciting opportunity for Embry-Riddle students. The residence halls provide an environment that supports academics with a genuine community feel. The Housing and Residence Life staff provides programs that create a living and learning environment that encourages academic achievement and assists students in their growth outside the classroom. Each residence hall is staffed with a Resident Assistant who supports students and builds community. Living on campus will keep you connected to the University and involved with new friends.

Off Campus Housing

College is a formative time in your life, and living off-campus will probably part of your transition from your life at ERAU to the “real world”.
