Manhattan College was founded in 1853 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, a Catholic teaching order started by Saint John Baptist de La Salle. With a 12:1 student to faculty ratio, Manhattan College offers 100+ undergraduate programs and enrolls students from more than 60 countries. International students may be eligible for scholarships ranging from $6,000 to $30,000 per academic year and ESL classes are available on campus.
