Product Design Engineering with a Year in Industry MEng (Hons) brings together the disciplines of Design Engineering and New Product Development. As such, it builds on a combination of key elements of the school’s Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design programmes. Also, a year in Industry offers the opportunity for students to apply academic knowledge and professional skills in a real-life engineering practice.The result is a truly modern engineering degree that will provide individuals with an excellent technical grounding in engineering and a specialisation in design engineering and new product development, as well as practical working skills, preparing students for a successful career in industry.

Product Design Engineering with a Year in Industry MEng (Hons) brings together the traditional discipline of Design Engineering and New Product Development.
