Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Podiatry

Program Overview

We aim to develop creative, innovative and skilled podiatric practitioners with a communicative and caring attitude towards patients.

As an undergraduate, right from the start you will observe and work alongside skilled, world-renowned researchers. Your clinical work will involve rotations through a number of outpatient clinics in community and hospital settings. This experience alongside your academic study will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be able to diagnose and manage problems affecting the lower limb and foot.

As a qualified Podiatrist, you will be an independent practitioner who diagnoses and treats a multitude of heath disorders.

We offer remote hybrid programme delivery to enhance widening access to Podiatry education. The remote hybrid delivery route supports students who are remote from Glasgow Caledonian University or may otherwise not have the opportunity to study Podiatry. Hybrid delivery includes online teaching and learning with mandatory consolidated on-campus blocks in addition to local clinical placement.
