Program Overview

The Master of Arts in Teaching is a 42-credit, dual degree program consisting of 10 core courses and two student teaching courses, plus submission of the edTPA for Students with Disabilities (SWD), as required for New York State certification. Certified teachers need just 33 credits to graduate.
