The Bachelor of Science in Management is designed to give students a broad perspective of organizational management and the marketplace while helping them develop the sound judgment and professional competency necessary for a career in any business field. The program develops students’ leadership, teamwork, and communication skills along with computer and quantitative capabilities.
The management curriculum provides in-depth training in managerial planning, human resources management, decision-making, strategy development, operations management, organizational behavior, and service management. The undergraduate major combines a solid foundation in business topics with a liberal arts education. Leaders in all economic sectors urge business students to broaden their understanding of the world by exploring non-business subjects.
