Program Overview

The accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at The University of Toledo is the first nursing, undergraduate program in northwest Ohio. We have been a leader in nursing education for more than 50 years.

Our B.S.N. program is committed to innovation, evidenced-based clinical education and scholarship. Our students learn and practice their skills on UToledo’s Health Science Campus, home to the UT Medical Center and the state-of-the-art Interprofessional Immersive Simulation Center.

Highlights

  • Some of the nation’s most advanced healthcare training facilities. The BSN degree program is located on UToledo’s Health Science Campus, next to the UT Medical Center. Nursing majors have access to hands-on, state-of-the-art educational technology at the Learning Resource Center and the Interprofessional Immersive Simulation Center:
    • 12 low-fidelity mannequins
    • 5 high-fidelity simulators
    • Pediatric and infant simulators
    • Two 3D CAD walls for virtual, immersive education
