The Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance is available to both law and non-law graduates. The program is designed for current directors and officers as well as those seeking board positions. Participants enrolled in the program learn about the legal nature and operation of enterprise governance and the role of the board in a variety of enterprise contexts including for-profit, government, and not-for-profit enterprises. Learn from experienced practitioners how to govern an enterprise in compliance with the relevant legal rules and ethical principles and to use governance as a framework for organisational excellence.
The Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance is a postgraduate program offered by the Faculty of Law. The program is designed for directors and officers as well as for legal professionals with an interest in enterprise governance. Students enrolled in the program learn about the nature and operation of enterprise governance and the role of the board in a variety of enterprise contexts – including both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises – and learn how to govern an enterprise in compliance with the relevant legal rules and ethical principles. All subjects in the program are delivered using a combination of online modules and intensive workshops, and all assessment tasks are constructively aligned and authentic.

Students who have completed their studies in Australia can apply for a Post Study Work Permit or a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) to continue working in Australia post the completion of their study programs. As an international student, one can apply for the visa but not later than six months after completing your course. But to be eligible, you must meet the Australian Study Requirements, which include a minimum of 16 months of stay in Australia and a completing 92 weeks of a course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
