Program Overview

The UniSA Master of Business Administration (MBA) has been developed for experienced managers and enterprising leaders. It has a strong practical focus on senior management decision-making and embeds the latest in management and leadership research.

Our fully-flexible MBA allows you to tailor your studies to suit your individual needs with the option to study face-to-face (including intensives and evening classes), online or in mixed mode, as well as full-time or part-time.

As a guide, full-time MBA students generally undertake two courses per study period and part-time students undertake one course per study period. Studying the MBA full-time will normally take 18 months, but there are opportunities to fast-track your study. Part-time students taking one course per study period will typically complete the MBA in three years.

Vice Chancellor’S International Excellence Scholarship

We are pleased to advise that students can apply for our prestigious Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarships, for First Semester 2025 from Monday 16th September 2024.

Recipients receive a 50% reduction in their student contributions (tuition fees) for up to four years of full-time study
Students who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to complete a Scholarship application form and include this with their UniSA application
Eligible students who have not provided a completed Scholarship application will be invited to apply at the point of University entry assessment (assuming scholarship places are still available)

Scholarship Criteria:

Be a prospective international student
Be eligible to study in Australia
Not have accepted any other UniSA scholarship or bursary
Have achieved the UniSA equivalent of a High Distinction average in previous studies

Work Permit

PGWP

Students who have completed their studies in Australia can apply for a Post Study Work Permit or a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) to continue working in Australia post the completion of their study programs. As an international student, one can apply for the visa but not later than six months after completing your course. But to be eligible, you must meet the Australian Study Requirements, which include a minimum of 16 months of stay in Australia and a completing 92 weeks of a course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
