Program Overview

You will learn the theory and practice of designing, planning, implementing and evaluating multi-disciplinary services to improve the health of individuals and communities. You will gain a thorough grounding in the key concepts and models of integration and personalisation as applied to health and social care, and the values, principles, evidence and theories underpinning them.

A mix of core and elective modules will allow you to build essential professional knowledge while also pursuing your own specialism or particular areas of interest.
