DePaul’s Applied Behavioral Sciences (ABS) degree program is a two-year program for adult students who have an associate’s degree and would like to pursue a career in human services, social work, nonprofit management and other related fields.
Our applied behavioral science degree curriculum combines courses from the Department of Psychology, the College of Communication and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Courses will provide you with perspectives on human behavior, interaction and communication.

Scholarships for Computing and Digital Media College Graduates: DePaul University offers the Presidential Scholarship for students applying to the Computing and Digital Media College. The scholarship ranges from $6,000 to $9,000 USD.
To qualify for this scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:
English Score: Minimum 6.5 in IELTS/ 80 in TOEFL (no subscore below 17)/ 53 in Pearson PTE/ 115 in Duolingo
GPA: Minimum 3.0
Note: DePaul accepts a 3-year degree (NAAC A) from India for Postgraduate programs.

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.
It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.
