You can get a head start on your property management and real estate career by enrolling in Nova Southeastern University’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Property Management and Real Estate—the only program of its kind in Florida. Developed in conjunction with the CEO of one of South Florida’s largest property management organizations, the Castle Group, this program will give you the skills and industry knowledge you need to be successful in the industry.
Property management and real estate professionals need to be leaders who are sharp, adaptable and ready to explore creative solutions for maximizing revenue for the property owner while serving the needs of the property’s tenants. At NSU, you’ll build a solid foundation in business while being exposed to several aspects of the property management and real estate industry including valuation, maintenance and operations. You’ll also gain access to a network of industry professionals that can help you in achieving your goals. Upon successful completion of the program you’ll be prepared to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced career or continue to the Master of Science in Real Estate Development program.

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.
It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.
