Program Overview

Companion and performance animals play an integral role in human society, from search and rescue to therapy, to sports, to specialized and individual services. This program examines the physiology, nutrition, behaviour, and evolving role of companion and performance animals, as well as the sociology and psychology of the human-animal bond.
