The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) prepares you for management roles across a range of industries and disciplines. You’ll develop interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills tailored to your professional goals and personal strengths. As a dynamic leader, you’ll learn to maximize the contributions of team members, individually and collectively, to fulfill the overall mission of your organization.

The purpose of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) is to prepare students with skills and competencies to be effective leaders within private and public sector organizations.

Graduates will be prepared to develop strategies and achieve strategic goals in all types of leadership and business settings. Students gain foundational knowledge and a deeper understanding of business practices to become an effective leader and inspire organizational change.

National Louis University International Opportunity scholarships
All international students admitted to a National Louis University Bachelor's degree program will receive an annual, renewable scholarship equal to 10% of the full-time tuition rate (valued up to $7,599* ).
Eligibility

Available to international students only
Students are only eligible to receive one NLU resource per academic year
NLU scholarships can only be used to cover tuition costs and are not refundable to the student
Students must maintain full-time status (14+ credits/term) and continuous enrollment (Summer optional)
Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0
Students must adhere to all university policies in order to remain eligible to receive NLU scholarships

Work Permit

PGWP

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.

It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.

A student can participate in three types of Optional Practical Training (OPT):

Pre-Completion OPT: This is temporary employment provided to F-1 students before completion of their course of study.
Post-Completion OPT: This is temporary employment available to F-1 students after completing their course of study.
24 Month STEM Extension: Students enrolled in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) courses can a 24-month extension after their initial Post-Completion OPT authorization.
