This two-year program, year-round program-designed for transfer students and bachelor’s degree holders-will prepare you to qualify as an entry-level sonographer with options to concentrate in abdomen-extended and obstetrics and gynecology sonography.
In this 24-month immersive program at our Boston campus, you will work in clinical settings alongside professional experts at renowned medical facilities in New England and beyond. Your bachelor’s degree will give you a strong foundation in abdominal and obstetric/gynecological sonography as well as knowledge in breast, pediatric, musculoskeletal, and vascular medical imaging. You also will gain an in-depth understanding of internal human anatomy. Upon graduation, you will be eligible to sit for national registry exams in abdomen and obstetrics and gynecology offered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
