ACS - Project Management

Program Overview

The Project Management program (ACS) aims to train qualified professionals in developing projects and following them until their conclusion. Project Management is a vast field; one can manage projects in the business, technology, construction and associative sectors, among others; locally, regionally or internationally. Project Managers work in companies of various sizes, and with colleagues having vastly differing skill sets (computer science, construction, mining, forestry, etc.).

It offers graduates a wide range of employment opportunities in a variety of businesses. By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills:

  • Managing a project according to the different stages of the project management cycle
  • Differentiating team or business management and project management
  • Producing project documentation (plans, final report, etc.)
  • Planning a project (different plans)
  • Using project management tools
  • Measuring and controlling the execution of the project
  • Closing a project and transferring responsibilities.
