Minimum Level of Education Required: To be accepted into this program, applicants must have a Grade 12 / High School Diploma or equivalent, including the following required course(s):

• Grade 12 English (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required)
• Grade 11 Mathematics (M or U) or Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required)
• Grade 11 Biology or Grade 12 Biology (C or U) or equivalent (minimum grade required). The course used for admission must have been completed within seven years of the program start date. 
• Grade 11 or Grade 12 (C or U): One additional science (Physics, Chemistry, or Exercise Science) or equivalent (minimum grade required). The course used for admission must have been completed within seven years of the program start date. 

Minimum grade scores: 75% in each required subject (65% in U or A-level courses) and overall average of 80% in the four required subjects

Please Note:

• If students don't have math in 12th, then they can take the internal admission math test for free and become eligible by meeting the required grade of the test, 75%, which means, in the test, pupils should score 35-36 correct answers.
• 2nd Option: students can also opt for NIOS-Open schooling test for just math 12th grade level and meet 75% and apply
• NIOS allows upgrades in any core subject, including chemistry, physics, biology, or English, if scores are below 75%, enabling students to apply for practical nursing.
• Worst-case scenario, if a student doesn't qualify directly, then they can take pre-health science followed by practical nursing.

• Minimum CGPA Required: 80.00 %

Field Placement Requirements
After admission but prior to attending each program field placement, students are required to:

• Obtain a clear police check with vulnerable sector screening. Vulnerable Sector Screenings must be issued within six months of each placement start date. Any previous criminal record must be pardoned.
• Provide proof of completion of immunization requirements (immunization review form)
• Successfully complete and annually renew a recognized course in CPR (Healthcare Provider level)
• Successfully complete a recognized course in standard first aid
• Attend mask fit testing, provided by Centennial College
• In certain circumstances, applicants may be required to submit letters of reference

Entrance Scholarships for International Students

Centennial College is pleased to offer an exclusive Entrance Scholarship for international students enrolling in eligible bachelor’s degree programs.

International Mobility Scholarship

Centennial College is committed to supporting international students as they navigate their unique educational paths to Canada. If you’re an International student considering our wide-ranging programs in September 2026 programs, we invite you to apply for the NEW Centennial College International Mobility Scholarship.

Centennial College is excited to offer new International students the opportunity to apply for one of 85 scholarships per year, with each scholarship valued at $4,000 (distributed in two instalments). Recipients will receive $2,000 during their first year at Centennial and another $2,000 during the second year of their program.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• be a non-resident, non-citizen of Canada
• be fully accepted into the first year of a Centennial College program with a minimum duration of two years
• have an admission average above 70% (OSSD equivalent)
• complete the International Scholarship Application by May 1, 2026

Please note: a minimum number of awards per year will be awarded to successful female applicants pursuing STEM related programs at Centennial College.

Student Visa For Canada

Students who wish to work in Canada require a work permit to do so. A student in Canada can work part-time during the course of his studies and full-time during holidays and semester breaks and post the completion of their course/program.
