Program Overview

The Faculty of Engineering and Design’s Electrical Engineering program under the Department of Electronics teaches you how to design, develop, test and manage components and systems that enable everyday life, ranging from semiconductor chips to power systems.
The Bachelor of Engineering’s Electrical Engineering program is fully accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board, allowing graduates to meet the educational requirements for registering as a professional engineer.
Our unique program allows for specialization in radio frequency and microwave circuits and applications, communication circuits, integrated circuit design and fabrication, semiconductor and nanoscale technology and devices, or electrical energy and power.
