Why study children and young people's nursing?

  • Working as part of an inter-professional team in hospitals, schools, and family homes and across the community, children's nurses provide specialist healthcare and support for children, young people and their families.
  • A £5,000 per year training grant is available for students. Further information is available on the NHS Business Services website.

  • Based at Glenside Campus, you'll interact with and learn from other students from a range of health and social care courses. You'll develop essential people skills as you work with patients and their families, as well as our partners on placements, in class and online.
