Major: Biophysics
Biophysics is an interdisciplinary field that connects physics and biology, to explore how physical laws govern biological processes. Through biophysics, biophysicists uncover the fundamental principles that drive life at every scale.

Biophysicists use maths, physics and chemistry to closely study molecules like DNA, RNA and proteins, as well as cells and tissues. The precision methods they develop and apply unlock some of the many modern breakthroughs in life and medical sciences, ranging from revolutionary biomanufacturing processes and imaging techniques to mRNA vaccines and life-saving anti-viral compounds.
