With the option to combine your law degree with any other Macquarie bachelor degree, you can open the way to an array of careers in legal practice, private industry, government, education and community services.

Major: Education Studies
The Education Studies major draws on the various theoretical and professional perspectives that comprise the broad discipline of education. Foundation units focus on the four pillars of education: philosophy, history, sociology and psychology. And they showcase the breadth of educational thought and study, and develop critical thinking and enquiry skills. Additionally, you can choose units that match your interests.

Note: This major is not a teaching qualification. To become a teacher, you must successfully complete the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary), the Bachelor of Education (Primary) or the Bachelor of Education (Secondary).
