Program Overview

International commercial law comprises the rules, conventions, and agreements governing global trade, commerce, and business transactions.

On this LLM, we'll explore topics such as international commerce (including transnational sale of goods), lex mercatoria, shipping law, international commercial contracts and terms, economic security, economic sanctions, and money laundering.

As part of your course, you’ll:
