• Our Paramedic Science BSc (Hons) degree places a real emphasis on practical clinical experience. This means that when you graduate from ARU, you’ll already have the skills you need to perform effectively in the workplace.
• At ARU, we work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills and abilities you’ll need to take on this exciting career. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it – and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through placements.
• You'll be eligible to apply for registration as a Paramedic with the Health & Care Professions Council and work as a Paramedic. You might choose to work in NHS ambulances or response cars, air ambulances or control rooms. You could also work in a range of out-of-hospital emergency and primary care services.
• Graduation doesn’t need to be the end of your time with us, of course. You might decide to stay at ARU and study for a Masters, such as our MSc Physician Associate. With our Alumni Scholarship, you'll even get 20% off your fees as an ARU graduate.

There are various options through which a student can get a post study work visa in the UK. 
Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa for the graduates with a genuine and credible business idea. 
Tier 2 (General) is the leading immigration visa to work in the UK.
Tier 4 Doctorate Extension Scheme is for students who have completed their Ph.D. and is valid for 12 months for them to work, look for work or set up a business. 
Tier 5 Youth Mobility is for individuals of certain countries like Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and New Zealand aged between 18 -30 who wish to move to the UK.
