Careers:

• By completing our BA (Hons) Digital Media Production course you'll be prepared for roles including Digital Media design, web design, social media analysis, content writing, videography, motion graphic art and interactive design. But you’ll also be ready for near-future careers such as digital culture commentator or designer. You might even invent your own new role in this exciting cultural landscape.
• We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills and abilities they need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it – and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities for you to learn through work-based projects, internships and placements.
• Our links with major companies in Cambridge – such as Sookio, Brandanonymous, Frontier and Jagex – allow you to engage with live briefs and competitions, enhance your portfolio and get experience of working life.
• We also work closely with local Arts organisations and practioners, including Collusion Arts Organisation and future storytelling research group ‘Storylab’. This will give you opportunities to engage with Interactive Arts practicioners. Both Collusion and Storylab contribute and support projects throughout the course.

There are various options through which a student can get a post study work visa in the UK. 
Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa for the graduates with a genuine and credible business idea. 
Tier 2 (General) is the leading immigration visa to work in the UK.
Tier 4 Doctorate Extension Scheme is for students who have completed their Ph.D. and is valid for 12 months for them to work, look for work or set up a business. 
Tier 5 Youth Mobility is for individuals of certain countries like Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and New Zealand aged between 18 -30 who wish to move to the UK.
