Prepare for exciting and meaningful careers leading workforce evaluation, development, and management in Illinois Tech’s Master of Management/Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology dual-degree program.
This program brings together theory and application across the disciplines of business and psychology, providing students with the management acumen and the sophisticated understanding of human behavior and motivation that is needed to build and lead effective, healthy, and productive workplaces.
The Master of Management program focuses on broad-based business skills—innovation, leadership, decision making, marketing, finance, and operations—that prepare you for roles with management responsibilities that can accelerate your career progression in any industry or organization.
In the M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program, you’ll learn how to apply the principles of psychology to the workplace and develop your skills and knowledge in change management, statistical research methods, training and development, performance management, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Enrolling in this dual-degree program reduces the total number of credits required by nine credit hours (three courses), compared to enrolling in the Master of Management and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology programs separately.
