This industry-relevant programme will develop your work-ready skills, teaching you to think conceptually and adapt to change. Before focusing on one of the three strands below, you will cover four core modules that apply to various operational business contexts.

Administration and Technology

Discover how to plan, organise, and manage business functions, operations and projects to support higher management. You will be exposed to a range of current and emerging business technologies and learn how to analyse and evaluate systems and processes to recommend improvements. This focus will give you the skills to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and apply critical thinking. This strand equips graduates to work towards certification by the Association of Administrative Professionals New Zealand (AAPNZ).
