Accelerated Pre-Masters Programme
With the Accelerated Pre-Masters Programme you will receive excellent academic and English language teaching you need for postgraduate success within just 12 weeks (plus induction and exam week). Start in September, and alongside completing your pathway programme faster, you will also progress to the University of Strathclyde in January.
You can choose from two subject routes, depending on the degree you want to study: Business and Social Sciences or Engineering and Sciences. Once you successfully complete this programme and achieve the required grades, you can start your chosen Masters degree at Strathclyde.

Mechanical engineers are currently in demand in all types of industries. Our MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering has been developed to provide high-calibre mechanical engineering graduates with an in-depth technical understanding of advanced mechanical topics, together with generic skills that will allow them to contribute effectively in developing company capabilities.
This Masters course will help you to gain expert knowledge in advanced mechanical engineering topics. You'll also take modules in general skills such as project management and risk analysis. These are necessary skills for any professional engineer.

Scholarships For Your Pathway Programme and University Degree:
If you are a self-funded student, you could be eligible for a combined scholarship from the University of Strathclyde International Study Centre and the University for your pathway programme as well as your undergraduate or postgraduate study.
How do I get a Scholarship?
International Study Centre scholarships are available for the Undergraduate Foundation Programme , International Year One BBA and Pre-Masters Programme. These scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. You must request the scholarship when applying for your pathway programme .
Once you progress from the International Study Centre, the University of Strathclyde then awards scholarships each academic year upon achieving 60%.

There are various options through which a student can get a post study work visa in the UK.
Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa for the graduates with a genuine and credible business idea.
