Program Overview

NAIT’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is designed to prepare students for success in today’s competitive business world. With a hands-on approach and a curriculum tailored to industry needs, our program ensures you develop essential business knowledge and skills from day one.  

The Supply Chain Management concentration provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the logistics and operations behind efficiently getting products from suppliers to customers. Students will gain expertise in procurement, inventory management, transportation and supply chain strategy. The program emphasizes real-world application, teaching students how to optimize supply chains, manage global logistics and ensure seamless operations across industries.  

Graduates are well prepared for a variety of career opportunities, including roles such as supply chain manager, logistics coordinator, procurement specialist and operations analyst. This program also provides the foundation to pursue highly respected professional designations, such as Certified Supply Chain Manager, while preparing students for success in industries like manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and logistics, where effective supply chain management is critical to business success.

What you will  learn

Much of the instruction in this concentration is centered on real-world cases, and you’ll be given opportunities to work directly with industry.  

Students taking the BBA Supply Chain Management concentration complete:  

  • 10 common Level 1 required courses (required by all BUS-diploma/BBA students)  
  • 10 required BBA Level 2 SCM courses  
  • 16 required BBA Level 3 and Level 4 SCM course  
  • four elective BBA or BTech courses from Level 3 and Level 4 (possibly including BBA Capstone courses, which are in-depth case studies with industry partners)
