Master of Arts in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership and Management

Program Overview

Students on this programme will be taught across two campuses in Limerick - both at ICHAS Limerick and Griffith College Limerick.

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership & Management aims to produce organisational behaviour specialists who can significantly contribute to organisations wishing to achieve optimal performance.

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership & Management is designed to accommodate the educational needs of psychology graduates who meet the eligibility criteria for graduate membership of Association of Business Psychology, making graduates eligible for recognition and membership of the ABP as Business Psychologists, and who wish to add to their portfolio of qualifications.

The Programme was benchmarked against the Programme Criteria for Work and Organisational Psychology programmes with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) but has not yet been presented to the PSI for programme recognition towards membership of their Work & Organisational Psychology Division.
