Business Analytics is the art and science of exploring big business data to interpret the meaning and to uncover mysteries hidden in those data for relevant business information and timely business intelligence and decisions. Business Analytics involves the systematic gathering of data, its organisation, its analysis through statistical and other techniques and most importantly, interpreting and communicating any analysis of the data to make organisation decisions. This provides graduates with the skills required for what is an area of high graduate demand. In this major you will study business analytics from a range of perspectives, each aimed at expanding your business and analytics knowledge for future success in the business analytics.
