Teacher Leadership The Teacher Leadership program is designed for current teachers who are already serving, or who wish to serve, as leaders in their schools. This program is aligned with Teacher-Leader Model Standards and Washington state Teacher Principal Evaluation Standards. Washington state Principal or Program Administrator Certification courses are embedded in the program course sequence.
