Post secondary education: A BCIT Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, or an equivalent diploma from another institution* with a minimum GPA of 70% and a minimum average of 65%** in the following second year subject sequences:
*BCIT will assess diplomas from other institutions for equivalency on an individual basis. Bridging courses may be required.
**Applicants with an average between 62% and 65% in no more than two second year subject sequences will be considered to have met this entrance requirement.
***Graduates of the BCIT Finance or Financial Planning diploma programs are not required to complete FMGT 3310 and 4310 as prerequisites for the Bachelor of Accounting.
