Kickstart an exciting career in the Canadian hospitality and tourism industry with the Hospitality & Tourism certificate program.
This one year program will provide you with the foundational hospitality skills to prepare you for an entry-level front-line position.
Through industry focused instruction, you will develop a functional understanding of front office operations, guest services, menu planning, food preparation, food and beverage operations and service techniques, writing and presentation skills, as well as marketing concepts, principles and practices.
Work Integrated Learning: Students enrolled in the Hospitality & Tourism certificate program will be required to complete one paid industry work experience.
