Foundation Studies Program

The Eynesbury College Foundation Studies Program (FSP) is an intensive program, preparing international students for entry into their first year of undergraduate study at the University of Adelaide or an Eynesbury Diploma.


Program Structure

Required modules: Students will study 3 core modules, as well as 3 elective modules in their area of study interest. Students will be graded on a score out of 500 which is used for entry to the University of Adelaide.

Psychological science investigates the way people think, behave, feel and learn. It studies processes of the human mind— including personality, intelligence and memory—so that we can better understand ourselves.


What will you do?

Our Bachelor of Psychological Science nurtures creativity, analysis and communication skills. You will:

  • Learn about human development and the biological bases of behaviour

Major: Creative Writing

Bring your original ideas to life by developing proficiency and versatility in creative writing courses that explore a wide range of forms and genres.

Creative writing students at The University of Adelaide have opportunities to produce a varied body of work as they gain practical introductions to different kinds of creative writing. You will attend lectures and participate in interactive workshop-based sessions led by internationally acclaimed writers, in the process acquiring skills to assist you in developing your writing practice.

As a creative writing student, you will:

  • Become a more skilful and adaptable writer;
  • Create portfolios of fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, and work for screen;
  • Study techniques for working in a range of literary forms and genres;
  • Develop and sustain critically reflective and theoretically informed writing practices;
  • Improve your revision and editing proficiency;
  • Gain access to the activities of the J.M. Coetzee Centre for Creative Practice.
