Major: Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering

Australia is targeting net-zero by 2050, with renewable energy like wind and solar key to reducing emissions. This shift has driven investment and created a growing job market in renewable energy integration and energy storage. By studying renewable energy integration, you'll gain expertise in the technologies and solutions to address these issues. Key employers include the Australian Energy Market Operator, transmission/distribution providers, power industry consultancies, solar/wind farm developers, and renewable energy construction firms.
