Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Law is a double degree that you can complete in five years with full-time study. You’ll complete a minimum of 240 units of credit (UOC) through a combination of core courses, majors, minors and electives.

This globally-recognised, five-year double degree will prepare you for an exciting career in science, law and a range of other industries. Through a balance of theory and practical experience, you’ll develop analytical, research and investigative skills to examine future challenges through an objective, considered lens.

In the Law degree, you’ll learn to approach complex legal issues stemming from new industries and new social expectations, while the Bachelor of Science delivers hands-on learning and career training with 26 specialisations to choose from.

Major: Immunology
This stream will be beneficial to students wishing to pursue careers in the health sciences,particularly in immunology leading to clinical medicine, biomedical research, hospital-based laboratory work and allied health. An in depth and advanced understanding of immunology, pathology and microbiology should provide an effective framework from which to approach cutting edge research in the field as well as for the diagnosis and management of common immune related clinical scenarios that you may well encounter in your future careers.

Work Permit

Students who have completed their studies in Australia can apply for a Post Study Work Permit or a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) to continue working in Australia post the completion of their study programs. As an international student, one can apply for the visa but not later than six months after completing your course. But to be eligible, you must meet the Australian Study Requirements, which include a minimum of 16 months of stay in Australia and a completing 92 weeks of a course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
