With us you'll learn the skills required through practical hands-on application and the academic know how required to succeed in a competitive market.
A good Events Manager?
Good communication, creativity, being organised, problem solving and constantly striving for excellence are a few of the skills required. We encourage you to explore all types of events from weddings to conferences, sporting events to cultural celebrations, and charity fundraisers to marketing campaigns. As the University is a member of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (APBCO) and the Association for Events Management Education (AEME), the course follows the requirements of the industry.
