In the Master of Engineering (Engineering Management) program, you will learn the essential professional skills and knowledge related in engineering management and apply them to practical cases in industry, covering project management, supply chain management, quality management, operation management and resource management. You will also be immersed in practical industry operation procedures to suit becoming an engineering manager as a future career path
What you'll learn
In the first year of the program students gain an appreciation of various operational aspects of managing the operations of an engineering organisation. This includes studies in areas such as total quality management, research data analysis, principles of project management, engineering economic analysis, sustainable development and design practice, intelligent production systems, and leadership with elective courses in energy and society, robotics and automation and human resource management, strategic procurement and others.
In the second year of the program students undertake more advanced studies which emphasise the strategic management of engineering operations. This includes consideration of issues relating to supply chain management, resource management, project planning and control, and operation management. The program provides an integrative management of these various strategic aspects of engineering operations.

Students must meet all conditions and accept before the cut-off dates to be eligible, the specific program amount will be applied as a credit to students second trimester of study, scholarships apply to the first 8 modules of the Diploma programs, recipients will not be entitled to the Navitas Family Bursary, or any other scholarship, bursary, incentive, or discount, if you apply to defer or change your studies at any point in your packaged program, SAIBT reserve the right to re-assess.

Students who have completed their studies in Australia can apply for a Post Study Work Permit or a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) to continue working in Australia post the completion of their study programs. As an international student, one can apply for the visa but not later than six months after completing your course. But to be eligible, you must meet the Australian Study Requirements, which include a minimum of 16 months of stay in Australia and a completing 92 weeks of a course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
