Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Personal Financial Planning

Program Overview

Some of life's biggest milestones involve money. Personal financial planners help people plan to start a family, pay for college and retire. By the time you graduate, you'll get the expertise you need to obtain state and federal licenses and a number of industry certifications including the Certified Financial Planner™ designation.

Why This Program & What You'll Learn

Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives through activities in the outdoors? Do you have a passion for the outdoors and nature?

If you are the type of person who craves fresh air, adventure, and a close relationship with the natural environment, outdoor recreation is your career. You'll learn the practical application of skills through project-based learning, professional development, and certifications. Before you graduate, our Capstone Experience sends students on 30-week internships throughout the country and abroad. A minor is also available in this concentration.

Our programs are accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Parks, Recreation, Tourism, and Related Professions (COAPRT).
