Business Analysis and Automation
In this program, you'll build skills in business analysis, process analysis, assessment, modelling and process automation using the market-leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms of UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. The program prepares you for exciting digital transformation roles within organizations as they look to analyze, streamline and automate business processes using RPA technology.
RPA is used to automate business processes by emulating human interactions with digital systems through the use of digital workers. These workers are capable of completing repetitive computer-based tasks with greater accuracy and efficiency. You will learn how to develop and integrate an RPA application into an organization's IT infrastructure and evaluate how RPA will evolve and impact industries and organizations.
