Program Overview

A Cybersecurity/Network Support specialist provides technical solutions to customer-critical problems related to software applications and associated hardware.  This is accomplished through problem analysis using online training, phone service support, and a variety of electronic means to achieve high-level customer satisfaction and to accomplish the goals of the organization.  Students who are successful in the program will be prepared to take industry exams such as A+, Net+, MCP, and MCDST.  Students who graduate with this degree can work as support specialists in business, industry, education, and government.
