Undergraduate students who plan to pursue a career in engineering management must develop their general management knowledge, skills, and abilities to become effective business managers. Engineering managers are engaged in all aspects of the business life cycle. The BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Engineering Management provides graduates with a strong foundation in business management, complemented by advanced courses tailored to address the needs of modern project-driven engineering and high-technology companies. It is suitable for students seeking to enter the field or to advance in their careers. Students may pursue the degree entirely on campus, entirely online, or blended. The program is flexible in design and sensitive to the needs of busy individuals who must balance the demands of their job, family, and education.

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.
It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.
A student can participate in three types of Optional Practical Training (OPT):
