On this top-up programme you will develop a knowledge base of the fundamental principles of manufacturing and production technology in order to facilitate decision making concerning manufacturing requirements and the most cost-effective use of both time and resources.
Our BEng (Hons) Manufacturing and Production Engineering top-up programme is designed to provide specific skills and knowledge for a career within the mechanical and manufacturing engineering sectors. The programme is designed to develop solutions to engineering problems using new or existing technologies through innovation, creation and change and to have technical accountability for complex systems with significant levels of risk. The top-up programme will, therefore, offer a partial CEng accredited degree pathway in manufacturing and production engineering.
