Through a unique partnership between Great Plains College and Saskatchewan Polytechnic, the two-year Business Diploma in Human Resources is offered full-time in Swift Current through a blended format of face-to-face and online classes.

The first year of studies at Great Plains College Swift Current Campus provides a well-rounded introduction to core business competencies in accounting, finance, management, marketing, human resources and more. All first-year classes are offered face-to-face.

The second year of studies is focused on Human Resource issues including best management and employment practices, collective bargaining and negotiation, compensation and benefits, labour and employee relations, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, employee development and workplace wellness.
