Program Overview

Gain an advanced understanding of the theoretical and practical sides of strength and conditioning. You’ll gain the skills to jump start your career in developing a client or athlete’s physical performance.

On this vocationally focused degree, you’ll learn an about the various aspects of human performance including anatomy, physiology, training theory, and common sports injuries. We’ll support you to gain real-world practical experience through our placement schemes, where our students get the chance to assist with performance testing professional teams within high-performance sport.

You’ll be taught by an enthusiastic team of qualified coaches, researchers and academics with key industry knowledge and contacts – all from the cutting-edge sport science. Our high-quality course is accredited by multiple professional bodies. What’s more, our students have access to numerous industry-standard facilities, including our Sports Analysis Suite Sports Biomechanics and Sport Physiology Laboratories.
