Developed in partnership with industry, this course aims to help you to progress your career in construction management and improve your skills in project delivery, leadership, decision making, strategic thinking and communication. By studying theory/management practices and examining real-life case studies like the Millennium Dome and the Channel Tunnel, you will be taught how to manage complex construction projects from the initial planning stages; analysing corporate problems and presenting appropriate solutions from implementation and completion, managing project teams, procurement, finance, risk and health and safety.
