Program Overview

The BSc Economics and Mathematics is a dual honours degree combining advanced mathematical and technical skills with the opportunity to apply these to real-world economic policy.

In the first year you'll take mostly mathematics modules as well as economic theory policy. In the second and third year, the split between the two subjects is roughly equal.

These two subjects complement each other. You'll develop the analytical skills essential for economists to make sound judgements and mathematics adds another dimension to your experience, making you a highly effective thinker and problem-solver.
